We are a dedicated non-profit organization based in Bosnia & Herzegovina, committed to fostering gender equality, economic independence, and social inclusion for women across our region. Through skill-building, community support, and sustainable development initiatives, we transform challenges into opportunities for women and their families.
At Udruženje žena "Ustikolina", our mission is to empower women by providing them with the resources, education, and platform necessary to achieve economic self-reliance, leadership representation, and social well-being. We actively work to break systemic barriers, foster community integration, and safeguard the social and economic rights of women in Bosnia & Herzegovina.
We envision an inclusive and equitable society where every woman in Bosnia & Herzegovina is empowered, respected, and equipped to lead independent, meaningful lives—contributing actively to a prosperous, resilient, and thriving community.
